What do I need to do to enroll my child/children?

Documents required for Registration:

  • Valid Iqama copy.
  • Valid Passport copy.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate and Vaccination Card.
  • Last scholastic certificate obtained by the student.
  • No Objection certificate from the school he/she is transferred.
  • Comprehensive Medical Examination Report.
  • 4 photos of the Student and 2 Photos of the guardian.

  • Admission will be granted on the basis of Written Examination. Prescribed portion is provided to the students to be prepared. English & Mathematics Test is being conducted. Candidate should score 50 % Marks.

    What are the fees Structure?

    What are the school disciplines?

    Full compliance with school timing.

    Full compliance with school uniform.

    Good conduct inside the school campus.

    Toys, electronic games & mobiles are not allowed. Any unreasonable material found in the bag will be taken for serious action.

    Girls should not wear any kind of jewelry even long ear-rings are not allowed.

    Once the child is inside the school campus he/she is not allowed to go out without permission from the administration.

    Students are not allowed to move out of their classes during or after each period. ď‚·Since playing materials are available in the school they are not allowed to bring any of their own playing material

    At least 75% of attendance is compulsory.

    Misbehaving with the teachers or any school authorities & using harsh language with the teachers will not be tolerated.

    Parents are not at all allowed to meet the teacher teachers directly, if required in front of administration office only.

    How will I know if school is closed for weather related emergencies?

    What is the promotion policy for all grades?

    From Grade 1 to Grade 4:

    If a student is failing in more than 2 or more subjects, He/she has to appear for re-examination. Schedule for the same shall be informed officially.


    From Grade 5 to Grade 7:

    A student must pass (aggregate) in individual subjects. He /She should have scored 50% in all subjects Otherwise has to appear for re-examination. Schedule for the same is informed officially.


    NOTE: If a student fails to appear for re-examination he/she is considered as DETAINED.


    From Grade 8 to Grade 9:

    A student must pass in individual subjects. Otherwise shall be DETAINED .He/She must score 50% Aggregate.

    Which languages are taught?

    The language of instruction is English. Additional languages taught are Arabic, Urdu.

    Following procedure has to be followed to download the worksheets:

    Login with student account.

    Anvigate to Course Material, from there you can download all required worksheets.
